Strip steel basic introduction
Strip steel is a narrow and long steel plate produced by various rolling mills to meet the needs of industrial production of various metal or mechanical products in different industrial sectors. Strip steel, also known as steel strip, has a width of less than 1300 mm and a length that varies slightly depending on the size of each roll.
 
Introduction
A steel plate with a thin thickness, a narrow width, and a long length. Its width is generally between 20mm and 200mm. Roll supply, the specifications are expressed in thickness x width. According to the quality of steel, it is divided into high-quality and ordinary strip steel; it is divided into hot-rolled and cold-rolled according to the rolling method, which are called hot-rolled strip and cold-rolled strip, respectively. Hot rolled ordinary strip is 2 mm to 6 mm thick, and cold rolled strip is generally 0.05 mm to 3.60 mm. The strip steel can be made of steel such as carbon steel, carbon steel, spring steel, tool steel and stainless steel. Widely used in the manufacture of welded pipes, clamps, gaskets, springs, saw blades, blades, etc.
The strip steel is generally supplied in rolls, and has the advantages of high dimensional accuracy, good surface quality, easy processing, and material saving.
 
Process flow
The production process of cold-rolled strip steel is generally: pickling--rolling--process lubrication--annealing--leveling--shearing--packaging.
 
  • Cold-rolled strip process: pickling - rolling - annealing - rolling size synchronous lubrication - anti-rust oil - flattening - polishing - packaging

 

  • Hot-rolled strip steel process: heating furnace - Phosphor removal machine - rough rolling mill - phosphorus removal machine - finishing mill - surface quality inspection instrument - layer cold - coiler - baler - spray number Machine - coil slab

Hot-rolled strip production process: firstly, the temperature is raised to the required rolling temperature in the heating furnace, and then the iron oxide scale produced by the slab is processed through the roller into the rough-rolling Phosphor removal, and then enters the rough rolling unit. Rolling the width and thickness of the strip, and then transporting it to the finishing strip Phosphor removal to treat the scale produced by the surface of the strip, and then entering the finishing rolling mill to further increase the thickness and width of the strip.

For precision rolling, the strip steel is strictly controlled by the roller conveyor through the layer cold before the surface temperature is coiled, and then enters the coiler to become the final bundle of the steel coil, and the spray number is sent to the roll stock for packaging.
